A Buddha Bear Workout

Hi.  Buddha Bear again.  I thought you guys might be interested in seeing how I get my exercise.


I like to start with some bar dips


Then I do some cardio


A good abdominal workout is very important


Sometimes I'll help stretch out other gym members


A long workout really wears me out
