Introduction

My name is Jason.  I am just a couple weeks shy of my 35th birthday.  On April 21st, 2012, I embarked on a journey into the unknown.  A journey which has already taught me a profound amount about myself and the people I care about.  On April 21st, I became a parapalegic due to damage suffered around my T4 vertebrae in a motorcycle racing crash.  This blog is dedicated to the people who continue to surprise me every day with their care and support as I attempt to recover and discover what life will be like post-injury.  This blog is intended to provide those people updates on my status, and my thoughts as I progress through the rehabilitation process, and back out into the real world.
